Riser Capital is focused on acquiring strong, skilled trade assets within the middle market. Our criteria is as follows:

• Minimum of $2 million in EBITDA.
• Mature, established history within their market.
• Located in the Southern U.S.
• Can demonstrate a history of profitability with strong financial statements.
• Stellar reputation for honest, quality, and dependable work.
• Established management team in place. 
• Own majority stake. 
• 80% or more of revenue comes from service or install. Minimal new construction.
